Hello Yellow

I've taken an absence from blogging the past few weeks in order to not drown under all my school work. I spend all of my time either with my nose in a book or with boyfriend. Sorry bloggers. Unfortunately, sometimes real life is just too demanding.

I want to lay on THESE:

XVI

I would love to design my own Louis XVI Chair from this site. I know I am chair greedy. I found those awesome ones at DI. But at least I admit it, right?

dusty hands

I love this, and I want it in my home, but I want it to be a chalkboard.
Big big chalkboard walls. That's what I want.

Andrea Ferrari

Chagall

Well I've blogged about how much I love the painter Marc Chagall before, So this weekend I tried to re-create one of my favorite paintings by this artist. Here's the result! (and I am not going to post the original, because mine will definately look worse by comparison.

And here are some other fun things that Camille and I made several weeks ago:

I need to make some...

PILLOWS!!!!
I haven't made a pillow since I was ten. back then I used to had sew my own little mini pillows (about the size of your hand) and fill it with random stuffing. or occasionally I would fill them with hard beans to make bean bags. My stitches were always so big, so some of the beans would fall out. yep. That's a story i don't tell very often.
I love this long black pillow.
Or this great pillow.
It seems like you can get away with sticking or embroidering anything onto a pillow these days.

Like I said.... anything.
This reminds me of something my friend andrea and I were going to make back in like the eighth grade. I can't remember now what we were going to name them. But anyways, that's a side note that's really just for her.

blah blah blah...
