I'm GF R U 2?

Gluten Free week 1:
What I've been eating
Eggs
Chex cereal
Corn tortilla chips
Cheese
Juice
"Cream of rice" (like cream of wheat)
Ice cream
Corn tortillas
Rice
Curry
Black beans
Pinto beans
Garbanzo beans (hummus)
Re-fried beans
Baked beans

Week 2 of 2  starts tomorrow.
I am seriously tired of beans.

  1. Have you considered trying Thai? Its a wonderful alternative to Mexican fare, and if there isn't any soy sauce it is usually gluten free. There are some good gluten free mixes for pad thai that you can get anywhere. Asian cuisine is pretty easy to make if you use gluten free soy sauce. If you want to try some gluten free snacks, trio bars are fantastic. Lara bars are good once you get used to them. Glutino pretzels are fantastic (if a little pricey). If you want some gluten free treats the kinnikinnick brand has some fantastic stuff.
    Sorry for the novel...I remember how hard it was to transition to the gluten free thing...if you need any help or recipes just let me know!
